Fallshaw Group supply during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Fallshaw Group is open for business!
We are pleased that we can continue to manufacture our range of wheels, castors and mobility solutions to help you PUSH, PULL and LIFT with ease, and to serve our customers from our retail outlets in QLD, NSW and VIC.
We have plenty of stock and are keen to serve our customers!
If you come into our Victorian manufacturing plant, or any of the showrooms, you'll see some changes to protect the safety of our staff and customers.
Our sales counters now have barriers to enforce the 1.5m rule and sanitiser or gloves to use while operating the EFTPOS machines.
We've put markers on the floor, so that people queuing at the counter are maintaining a safe distance from each other.
Our external sales people have been recalled from discretionary visits and are now working out of the branches. They are still available to come and visit customers on request; but they'll ensure they maintain the recommended safe (1.5m) distance.
Our external sales people have been issued with face masks and gloves so that, if they are requested to visit a hospital (or other environment with vulnerable people), they can ensure their safety.
We've chocked open all non-essential doors to reduce having to touch door handles touched by others.
Work areas for our manufacturing staff have been spaced out to ensure they are working more than 1.5m from each other (or have plastic screens between them)
All office staff that can work from home are now doing so (and we've upgraded the phone system to make this practicable).
Our cleaning regime has gone next-level and our staff have been trained in how to wash hands properly and often.
Our staff have been notified of the requirements around social distancing in their personal lives.
We have $3.5 million worth of stock on hand and have not yet had any significant impacts on our supply chain—so we expect we'll be able to continue to offer our customers Aussie made products, backed by a 3 year warranty, at competitive prices throughout this challenging time.
While our three showrooms remain open (Victoria open by 'appointment only' for trade customers), our customer service staff can assist you to specify products over the phone. They're willing and able to use FaceTime or Skype or Zoom Conferencing to help you choose products—and we can deliver to your door, or your work, or to any of the 1,300 TNT Local Exchange collection points throughout Australia. Locations include: independent newsagents and BP service stations—many with extended trading hours, seven-day-a-week accessibility and within 2 km of most receivers' homes.
So if you have a maintenance project you've been postponing at work, or a DIY project at home that requires wheels and castors, contact us and we'll get the product to you!
The Governmentls Economic Stimulus Package means that large asset purchases (like pedestrian operated tugs to eliminate forklifts from work areas) are now eligible for instant asset write off threshold (up to $150,000 for businesses with aggregated annual turnover of less than $500 million). So if you have a safety project that's been on the back burner, now is the time to act!
